Because our products are custom-made and designed for specific vehicles, we carefully review every order before production. However, we understand that issues can sometimes happen during printing, shipping, or installation.

Our After-Sales Support

Free Reissue for Eligible Product Issues

If your wrap kit arrives with a confirmed production issue, we may offer a free reissue of the affected part or section.

A free reissue may be considered in the following cases:

Wrong design printed
Wrong size caused by our production error
Major printing defect
Damaged vinyl before installation
Incorrect text, logo, or graphic caused by our mistake
Severe material defect that prevents installation
Missing section from the kit

To request a free reissue, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear evidence of the issue.


100-Day Support Period

We offer after-sales support for eligible product issues for up to 100 days from the delivery date.

This support period is designed to help customers in case there is a clear production, printing, or material issue with the product.

Please note that the 100-day support period does not cover damage caused by installation mistakes, accidents, misuse, improper storage, poor maintenance, or external factors.


When a Free Reissue May Apply

1. Damaged Vinyl Surface Before Installation

If the vinyl arrives with serious cracks, tears, scratches, or physical damage that makes installation impossible, we may reissue the affected section.

To qualify, the product must be unused and uninstalled.

You must provide:

Clear photos of the damaged area
Photos of the packaging
Your order number
A short explanation of the issue

2. Printing or Lamination Defect

If the product has a major printing problem, lamination defect, or manufacturing issue that affects the final appearance or prevents proper installation, we may offer a replacement for the affected part.

Minor color differences between the digital preview and printed product are not considered defects.

3. Wrong Design Sent

If the printed design is significantly different from the final approved design or order details, we may reissue the incorrect section.

This applies only if the mistake was caused by us.

If the customer approved a design preview and the final product matches that preview, the order is considered correct.

4. Wrong Size Caused by Our Error

If the kit does not fit because of a production or sizing error on our side, we may reissue the affected section.

To review the case, we may ask for:

Photos of the wrap placed near the vehicle
Measurements of the vinyl section
Vehicle model and year confirmation
Photos showing the fitment issue clearly

5. Missing Parts

If your order is missing a section or part of the kit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

After confirming the missing part, we may send the missing section or provide another suitable solution.


Installation Failure Support

50% Discount on Replacement Sections

Car wrap installation can be difficult, especially for large panels, curved surfaces, or detailed designs. Even with careful work, mistakes can happen during installation.

If part of your wrap is damaged during installation, we may offer a replacement section at 50% off the original section price.

This support may apply to:

Installation mistakes
Wrong alignment during application
Accidental tearing during installation
Cutting mistakes
Bubbles or wrinkles caused during installation
Damage caused while applying the vinyl

This offer is provided to help customers avoid buying a full new kit when only one section needs to be replaced.

Shipping fees may still apply.


Human-Caused Damage

If your wrap is damaged after installation due to external force, accidents, scratches, improper cleaning, or other human-caused damage, we may offer a discounted replacement section when possible.

This may include:

Scratches after installation
Accidental damage
Damage caused by washing incorrectly
Damage caused by tools or sharp objects
Damage caused by improper handling

This type of damage is not covered by free reissue, but we will still try to help with a fair replacement option.


Cases Not Covered by Free Reissue

A free reissue does not apply in the following situations:

Damage caused by incorrect installation
Bubbles caused by improper application
Wrinkles caused during installation
Vinyl torn during installation
Incorrect cutting by the installer
Damage caused by poor surface preparation
Damage caused by applying vinyl on dirty, rusty, waxed, damaged, or unsuitable surfaces
Damage caused by extreme weather conditions
Damage caused by chemicals, solvents, fuel, or harsh cleaning products
Damage caused by pressure washing too close to the vinyl edges
Damage caused by accidents or collisions
Damage caused by vandalism
Damage caused by improper storage
Damage caused by customer modifications
Incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer
Color differences caused by screen display settings
Change of mind after production
Approved designs that were printed correctly


Wrong Order or Incorrect Vehicle Information

Please make sure all vehicle information is correct before placing your order.

This includes:

Vehicle make
Vehicle model
Year
Generation
Body type
Trim version
Special modifications

If the wrong vehicle information is provided by the customer and the kit does not fit, we cannot offer a free replacement or refund.

However, you can contact us, and we may offer a discounted reprint or replacement section depending on the situation.


Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Production

Orders can only be canceled before production begins.

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it.

After Production Has Started

Once the order has entered the design, printing, cutting, or production stage, it can no longer be canceled.

Because our products are custom-made, printed orders cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a confirmed production issue caused by us.


Design Approval

For custom designs, we may provide a digital preview before production.

Please review the preview carefully before approval. Check all details, including:

Design layout
Colors
Text
Logos
Vehicle model
Placement
Size and proportions

Once you approve the design and production begins, changes can no longer be made for free.

If you request changes after approval or printing, additional fees may apply.


Shipping Support

If your order is delayed, lost, or returned, please contact us and we will help you check the situation with the shipping carrier.

Please note that shipping delays may happen due to customs, carrier delays, holidays, incorrect address, missing phone number, or other issues outside our control.

A package is not considered lost until the shipping carrier officially confirms it.

If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, missing contact information, failed delivery attempt, or refusal by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
