At ApexWrap, we take pride in providing high-quality custom car wrap kits designed and produced with care. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.

1. Custom-Made Products

Most of our products are made-to-order and customized based on the vehicle model, selected design, color, size, and customer preferences.

Because each order is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or refunds for custom-made products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Custom car wrap kits
Vehicle-specific designs
Personalized graphics
Made-to-order printed vinyl products
Products approved by the customer before printing

2. Order Preview & Approval

For some custom designs, we may provide a digital preview before production. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the preview carefully before approval.

Once a design has been approved and production has started, the order cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.

Please make sure all details are correct before confirming your order, including:

Vehicle model and year
Design style
Colors
Text or logos
Shipping information
Phone number and email address

3. Returns

We only accept returns in the following cases:

The product arrived damaged
The product has a manufacturing defect
The wrong item was sent
The product is significantly different from the approved design or order details

To request a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition. We cannot accept returns for products that have been installed, cut, modified, damaged during installation, or handled improperly.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made or personalized products
Approved designs that have already been printed
Products damaged during installation
Products damaged due to incorrect handling
Products ordered with incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer
Products returned without prior approval
Used, installed, or modified items

5. Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us review your case, please provide:

Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged or defective product
Photos of the packaging
A short explanation of the issue

After reviewing the information, we may offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement of the damaged part
Reprint of the affected section
Partial refund
Full refund, depending on the situation

We reserve the right to determine the best solution based on the nature of the issue.

6. Installation Issues

Car wrap kits require careful installation. We strongly recommend professional installation for the best results.

We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect installation, including:

Air bubbles
Wrinkles
Misalignment
Stretching damage
Cutting mistakes
Vinyl tearing during installation
Poor surface preparation
Application on dirty, damaged, or unsuitable surfaces

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for installation errors.

7. Incorrect Vehicle Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate vehicle details before ordering.

This may include:

Vehicle make
Vehicle model
Year
Generation
Body type
Trim version
Any special modifications

If the customer provides incorrect information and the kit does not fit, we cannot offer a refund or free replacement.

8. Color Differences

Please note that colors may appear slightly different on screens due to monitor settings, lighting, device display differences, and printing variations.

Small color differences between the digital preview and the final printed product are not considered defects.

9. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, missing contact information, or circumstances outside our control.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, missing phone number, failed delivery, or refusal by the customer, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our mistake.

10. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost, please contact us so we can help investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

A package is not considered lost until the shipping carrier officially confirms it. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or assistance with a claim.

11. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the refund is due to an error on our part.

12. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before production begins.

Once your order has entered the design, printing, or production stage, it cannot be canceled.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
